Payments

Payments can be made viae: 

  • CREDIT CARD
  • PAYPAL
  • CASH ON DELIVERY
  • SCALAPAY

In the case of cash on delivery, €5 will be added to the order total as a contribution towards the cost of the service itself. The “cash on delivery” payment method is only available for Italy.

To guarantee maximum security in transactions, our site uses credit cards or PayPal for all payments.

Shipping

Shipments are made by express courier and are normally processed within 48 hours. Only in exceptional cases it may take 3-4 working days to prepare the shipment.

For deliveries in Italy, shipping is free for amounts equal to or greater than €50, while for smaller amounts the cost would be €5.90. Delivery takes place on average 24-48 hours after the order has been shipped.

For deliveries to the following countries belonging to the European Union (SPAIN, PORTUGAL, FRANCE), shipping is free for amounts equal to or greater than €70, while for smaller amounts the cost would be €7.90. Delivery takes place on average 2-3 working days after the order has been shipped.

For deliveries to the following countries belonging to the European Union (AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, GERMANY, GREECE, IRELAND) shipping is free for amounts equal to or greater than €120, while for smaller amounts the cost would be €12.50. Delivery takes place on average 2-3 working days after the order has been shipped.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (CANADA, UNITED STATES) the cost would be €40. Any customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery takes place on average 2-3 working days after the order has been shipped.

A tracking code will be provided on the order confirmation email to allow you to track the shipment.

Due to significant delays with customs, our site does not currently serve Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Returns and Changes

You can return or change one or more products within 14 days from the date you received your order. Make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with identification tag and seal intact.

HOW TO MAKE A CHANGE/RETURN

Shipping costs for change/returns are responsibility of the customer.

To make an exchange or return according to one of the previously mentioned methods you can contact us by email at customercare@goagoa.it.

Don’t forget to enter this information to allow us to process your request as quickly as possible:

  • Name and Surname Cognome
  • Telephone number
  • ID order number
  • SKU code of the item you wish to return or change
  • Reasons for return o change
  • If you wish to replace the product or be refunded

Once your request has been processed, we will send you the address to which the items have to be sent.

Once we have received the change/return, we will check the condition of the items and refund the amount spent using the same payment methods.

We reserve the right to refuse changes/returns communicated or returned late or in conditions different from those at the time of receipt.

The return of non-compliant or faulty items is the responsibility of Goa Goa.
