How do I make the return

Right of Return

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery and receive a refund of the price paid.

How to make a return

Send a return request in the return area within your customer account on our website, in the details screen you can request a return for individual products or for the entire order by clicking on the ‘Request a refund’ button.

Once you have made your request, we will notify you of your return authorisation.

Returns sent cash on delivery will be refunded to a bank / postal account or Postepay Evolution by bank or postal transfer (excluding cash on delivery charges).

Withdrawal Exceptions

We do not accept:

  • Products without the original packaging
  • Products that are not intact
  • Products that have been used, washed and repaired
  • Products with stains, smells, perfume and various marks
  • Damaged or modified products
  • Not complete with all accessories and items present in the original packaging such as accessories and tags

Upon receipt of the return, we will check the condition of the goods before proceeding with the refund:

In the event that the original packaging and/or wrapping is damaged, or the item used or soiled, we will deduct from the refund due a percentage, in any case not exceeding 25% of the same, as a contribution to the costs of reconditioning the product.

Can I make an exchange?

This is currently not possible.

You may, however, proceed with the return, i.e. make a new purchase.

The sales conditions (price, discounts, etc.) in force at the time of the order will apply to the new purchase, regardless of the conditions under which the returned products were purchased.

Between the conditions of purchase of the returned product and those applied to the new purchase, therefore, there may be differences and variations that do not entitle you to discounts, refunds or claims of any kind or nature.

Manufacturing defects

In the event that the Customer discovers a manufacturing defect, he/she must send written notice, enclosing pictures of the defect, by e-mail to customercare@goagoa.it, no later than 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Il cliente ha diritto alla sostituzione dei prodotti difettati previa restituzione degli stessi.

In questo caso specifico le spese di spedizione necessarie per la sostituzione di prodotti difettati sono a carico di GOA GOA.

Non appena riceveremo la merce, e dopo aver verificato la presenza del difetto di fabbricazione, provvederemo alla sostituzione con un prodotto.

Il prodotto in sostituzione dovrà essere equivalente all’accredito dell’importo pagato per il prodotto iniziale.

Return instructions

How do I send a return request?

  1. Enter the “My Account” section at www.goagoashop.com.
  2. Choose the order you wish to return on your order page, in the details screen you can request a return for individual products or for the entire order by clicking on the “Request a refund” button.
  3. Write us the reason for your refund, you can also attach photos of the product you want to return.

What happens after the return request

Once the return request has been received, if approved, you will receive a written confirmation by email and you will be able to proceed with the shipment of the goods.

How can I send my return?

  • You can use the postal service or express courier.
  • We recommend traceable shipping, so that you can track your parcel until it arrives at our premises.
  • Make sure the items are in the same condition as you received them, with labels and tags intact.
  • Ship the goods using an undamaged box or envelope so that the goods can travel protected and undamaged during the journey.
    GOA GOA reserves the right to refuse returns with damaged goods during the return journey.

    Goods cannot be exchanged but only returned.
  • If you wish to make a size change, you can make a new purchase directly on the site with a new order. (The sales conditions (price, discounts, etc.) in force at the time of the order will apply to the new purchase, regardless of the conditions under which the returned goods were purchased).
  • Returned items must be received at GOA GOA’s premises within 14 days of the return request.
  • As soon as we receive the goods, we will check the condition and integrity of the goods and refund you within 10 working days.
  • As soon as the transaction is completed, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.
