Right of return

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery, obtaining the refund of the price paid.

How to make a return

Send a request for return to the area dedicated to the return within the just a customer account on our site, in the Details screen you can request the return for individual products or for the order in its entirety by clicking on the “Request a refund” button.

Once the request has been made, we will communicate the authorization to the return.

The rendered on delivery will be reimbursed on the Banking / Postpal or Postepay Evolution account by bank transfer (excluding cash on delivery).

The return of the return is borne by the customer.
The shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount of the reimbursement of your return, with the exception of returns of defective items.

Exceptions from withdrawal

We do not accept:

  • Products without their original packaging
  • Products that are not intact
  • Used, washed and repaired products
  • Products with stains, odors, perfume and various signs
  • Damaged or modified products
  • Not complete with all accessories and elements present in the original packaging such as accessories and tags

Upon receipt of the return, before proceeding with the refund, we will check the condition of the goods:
In the event that the package and / or the original packaging are damaged, or the garment used or dirty, we will deduct from the refund due a percentage, in any case not exceeding 25% of the same, as a contribution to the costs of reconditioning the product.

Can I exchange goods?

This is currently not possible.

You can, however, return, then make a new purchase.

The conditions of sale (price, discounts, etc.) in force at the time of the order will apply to the new purchase, regardless of the conditions under which the returned products were purchased.
Therefore, there may be differences and variations between the purchase conditions of the returned product and those applied to the new purchase that do not give the right to discounts, refunds or requests of any kind or nature.

Manufacturing defects

In the event that the Customer finds a manufacturing defect, he must send a written communication, attaching the images of the defect, by writing an email to customercare@goagoa.it, no later than 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The customer has the right to have the defective products replaced after returning them.
In this specific case, the shipping costs necessary for the replacement of defective products are borne by GOA GOA.

As soon as we receive the goods, and after verifying the presence of the manufacturing defect, we will replace it with a product.
The replacement product must be equivalent to the credit of the amount paid for the initial product.

How do I submit a return request?

  1. Enter the “My Account” section on the website www.goagoashop.com
  2. Choose the order you want to return on your orders page, in the details screen you can request a return for individual products or for the order in its entirety by clicking on the “Request a refund” button.
  3. Write us the reason for your refund, you can also attach photos of the product you want to return.

What happens after the return request

Once the return request has been received, if approved, you will receive a written confirmation via email and you can proceed with the shipment of the goods.

How can I send my return?

  • You can use the postal service or the express courier.
  • We recommend making a traceable shipment, so that we can monitor the movement of the package until it arrives at our office.
  • Make sure the items are in the same condition in which you received them, with labels and tags intact.
  • Ship the goods using an intact box or envelope, so that the goods can travel protected and do not damage during the journey.
  • GOA GOA reserves the right to refuse returns with damaged goods during the return trip.

  • The goods cannot be exchanged but only returned.
  • If you wish to make a size change, you can proceed with the new purchase directly on the site with a new order. (The conditions of sale (price, discounts, etc.) in force at the time of the order will apply to the new purchase, regardless of the conditions under which the returned products were purchased).
  • The return of the items must be received at the GOA GOA headquarters within 14 days of the withdrawal request.
  • As soon as we receive the goods, we will check the condition and integrity of the goods and the refund will be made within 10 working days.
  • As soon as the transaction is complete, we will send you a confirmation email.
