CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER BEFORE IT IS SHIPPED?

The change is possible before the warehouse has processed the order. If you have changed your mind, we recommend that you contact Customer Service immediately by writing an email to customercare@goagoa.it or by writing a WhatsApp message to +39 3929732708, which will check the status of your request.
In any case, within 14 days of delivery of the order you can request a return.

If we are unable to send the purchased product, we will promptly notify you and you will be entitled to a full refund of the payment within 15 days of sending the communication.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

You can pay with all major credit and debit cards. The amount will be charged to the card at the time of shipment. You can save your credit card details so as not to enter them during future purchases.
You can also pay with PayPal, which allows you to purchase without having to enter your credit card details on the site. The account will be debited upon completion of the order. To register a new PayPal account, visit paypal.com.

CAN I PAY BY CASH ON DELIVERY?

You can pay by cash on delivery (only for orders with delivery in Italy) at an additional cost of € 3.90, by selecting the item “Payment on delivery” when completing the payment.

Returns and Refunds

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Send a return request in the area dedicated to returns within your customer account on our site, in the details screen you can request a return for individual products or for the order in its entirety by clicking on the “Request a refund” button .

Take care of the products while they are in your possession. The garments must be returned intact and with all tags in their original packaging, securely packaged for shipment, then delivered to the shipper of your choice. Remember to fill in and insert the return form in the package.

IS THE RETURN FREE?

The costs and organization of the return are at your expense, except for the sending of defective goods or errors attributable to our warehouse.

IS SHIPPING FREE?

Shipping is free for all orders over € 30.00 with shipping in Italy.
Standard shipping costs for Italy are € 5.90 for orders of less than € 30.00.
Standard shipping costs for Europe are € 7.50.
Standard shipping costs for non-European countries are € 40.00.
Also available EXPRESS shipping in 24 h / 48 h with the following rates (only for orders with shipping in Italy):
For orders of less than € 30 at a cost of € 8.90
For orders over € 30 at a cost of € 3.00

HOW MUCH IS THE REFUND?

We will refund the full value of the return as soon as possible and in any case within 15 days, net of shipping costs. The amount will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS NOT THE ONE I ORDERED?

In case you receive a different product in size / color etc. from what you ordered, we ask you to send us an email within 10 days of receiving the incorrect order, by writing to customercare@goagoa.it, indicating the reason and attaching a copy of your order and related photographs. Within 5 working days the return will be authorized and we will send you our feedback. The collection of the product will be organized in this case at our expense and we will proceed with the refund as soon as your return is delivered to our warehouse and we have carried out the appropriate checks. The timing of the credit depends on the internal procedures of your credit institution.

CAN I CHANGE THE SIZE OR COLOR OF A PURCHASED PRODUCT?

This is currently not possible.

However, you can proceed with the return, then make a new purchase.

I HAVE RECEIVED A GIFT, CAN I MAKE THE RETURN?

Of course, the refund will be made to the account from which the payment was sent.

For security reasons we are not authorized to refund to a different account.

Shipping

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

You will receive your order via standard tracked shipping.

The order will be taken over from our warehouse within 2 working days, delivery by the courier will take approximately 3 working days for orders shipped to Italy, approximately 8 working days for orders shipped to Europe.
Please, enter all the information on the address and your phone number, in this way you will avoid receiving the order late.

Choose an address where someone can always pick up.

Once the order has been placed, it will not be possible to change the delivery address.
